Change it to lowercase and you should be fine. Also, from the handbook: Note: As of FreeBSD 4.5, setting MAXUSERS to 0 in your kernel configuration file will choose a reasonable default value based on the amount of RAM present in your system. In 5.x and beyond, I believe the option is omitted entirely, even in GENERIC. Hope that helps. -Jamie
