IF this is true, where > is the console only version? security/nmap is the console-only version. If you want the GUI version as well, install security/nmapfe (nmap front-end). Like the warning says, you can ignore the X-Windows message for the nmap port. However, if you get the same messages in the nmapfe port, something is wrong.
