True. False (depending on interpretation).
It'd be perfectly legitimate to take the FreeBSD distribution as-is, and
resell it at $1000 a copy, providing you kept your advertising and 
attribution legit.  You could even remove every trace of the word
'FreeBSD' and every reference to being able to get it from somewhere
else (aside from the GPL'd parts) and AFAIK still be perfectly legit.
