Where does libmap fit in? I don't think we should answer these questions for each platform seperately. We should decide what the defaults are across the board. I think libkse should be default. It should be named libpthread.so and not be a link. libmap doesn't fit because it's optional and off by default. The 1:1 threading space is more tricky.
