 Thanks for the information. Its not only problem of ciss driver, there are
 also some twa/twe headers with ioctl structure not installed in the base.
 Its not a problem for the smartmontools, because we are including required
 defines in the sources (there are not too much of them, less then in ciss
 case). Do you want me to create separate PR for the ciss headers?
