I would love to obtain a copy of this book however when one adds on the
shipping costs to the UK it becomes a VERY expensive tome.

Does anyone publish this book or market it outside the USA at a more
realistic price ?

I am sure that there are many other users of FreeBSD like myself outside
the USA who would buy it were it to be available in our country of origin.
