I'll be using a 16550A based serial port talking to modem and do ~. to exit and tip will exit back to the prompt. Later I'll find tip and its slave still sitting on the port. 2827 p1- S 1046:18.57 tip cuaa0 2828 p1- I 0:03.14 tip cuaa0 The original tip will be furiously using the CPU and the system interrupts will be several thousand per second.
