And I don't remember coming across any such language in any of the .c files (the one or two I looked at were devoid of and copyright information), the `COPYRIGHT' link on his home page is a lambasting of restriticted distributions, and there is no LEGAL document in the tarball. Hang on, I just found the 2 liner in the README ``You may distribute unmodified copies of the cdb package. The C source files are in the public domain; you may use them as you wish.'' Sigh. Guess I missed it earlier. I still don't like the lack of copyright in the .c and .h files, but I guess I'll take off the NO_PACKAGE bit. bah.
