It's been open for 6 months now. The version in the ports collection is already 6 patchlevels behind the current version of OTRS. But it's not due to a lack of maintenance or contributions. Several people invested time, sent patches, posted build logs, wrote followups, but all work is lost, if no one actually commits the changes to the ports repository. Thank you for taking notice.
