I noticed that win95 does not have any default settings.. it just obtains everything automatically. I also noticed that it is using dhcp. So I installed dhclient (isc-dhcp2 :port) I am having a hell of a time with it.. The default configuration file is not working when I change the host-name and dchp-client-identifier and option routes. If anyone has a cable modem and is using the @home service or using a form of DHCP from a cablemodem could you please send me your dhclient.conf or if you have any input on the situation please fire some email to me.
