Your file is being corrupted prior to verifying it. The most likely candidate (as already mentioned above) is some lame Windows software doing a CR/CRLF conversion which thereby invalidates the PGP signature. This isn't a Windows support list though, so you should go elsewhere with any followup support questions. I can confirm that the PGP signatures are indeed valid as published, though.
