Is support for this chipset planned? I believe it's supported in PCCARD emulation mode. There are plans to add CardBus support to FreeBSD, however the project has been quiet of late due partly to my being busy (and not coordinating anything) as well as the developers being busy. > As a side question, why is PAO separate from FreeBSD? The PAO group are independant developers by their own choice. This independance gives them freedom to experiment and test in directions that FreeBSD might not readily accept. At least one of the PAO group have commit access (hey, Tatsumi!), however it's not clear whether they feel blocked by us or other things. -- \\ Sometimes you're ahead, \\ Mike Smith \\ sometimes you're behind. \\ mike@smith.net.au \\ The race is long, and in the \\ msmith@freebsd.org \\ end it's only with yourself. \\ msmith@cdrom.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
