This one is a hybrid where a package can be produced with PACKAGE_BUILDING set. It seems to me that this port could easily have IS_INTERACTIVE removed by making the PACKAGE_BUILDING targets run unconditionally. Can we do that? Is there some kind of tremendous benefit for this port to be run interactively?
