Thanks to prodding and feedback from Richard I've put some *_sched* patches up in ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/development/misc/PATCHES.sched These rationalize the scheduling between rtprio, POSIX_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING, and regular time sharing, fix bugs, and move things into kern_synch.
