Well, NT does have all of this. The problem is, it doesnt come standard. Yes, there is Perl Version for windows. You can get C compilers. You prolly already know this, I just wanted to say the real failing of windows i s that you have to buy these packages extra. This makes NT actually cost multiple hundreds of dollars to get up and running. ..Or.. You can contact Walnut Creek and get all of this and more for 45 bucks or so in FreeBSD.
