I've updated the document at http://people.FreeBSD.org/~tom/tmp/ntp.sgml to incorporate all the suggestions I received. If there are no complaints, I'll commit this soon. The only thing I'm unsure of is exactly where in the "Advanced Networking" chapter this belongs. I guess between "DNS" and "Network Address Translation" is as good as anywhere.
