Well if you kept reading you'd see that this page also says Maxtor intends volume production to begin this month, which implies that customers don't have them yet, and that they're estimating retail pricing to be $349 for the 40.9 GB model. There is also a paragraph about performance specs, but I'll let you read that for yourself. Sounds great.
