Sender: owner-freebsd-stable@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG A couple days ago, I did an upgrade from a -stable build of earlier this month, and since then I have not been able to get xdm to work at all. When xdm is started, I get a quick flash of a background screen, and then it goes blank. this repeats until xdm is killed. No errors are logged. I've tried rebuilding both -stable, and X (4.2), and still the same problem.. Any thoughts on where I should look next? this is very frustrating.. -- Welcome My Son, Welcome To The Machine -- Bob Vaughan | techie@{w6yx|tantivy}.stanford.edu | kc6sxc@w6yx.ampr.org | P.O.
