I have responded to several people over the past few months who were having problems at boot because something in their startup needs the network and the network had not yet started. The fix was easy, once you know it, but very non-obvious, especially to a newbie. I have never found any problem with the use of this option other than a delay in the boot while the card in fully instantiated into the system. Am I missing something? R.
