Thanks! The only thing that works is to completely disable all AGB relevant things, modules and kernel options and rebuild the x11/nvidia-driver without any AGP-options. Maybe ther's a conflict with SMP/HTT ? You may find some additional infos unter=20 http://rhb.uugrn.org/temp/FreeBSD/daemon/ The files located under http://rhb.uugrn.org/temp/X11-nvidia/ are the same like before it worked.
