Spam are usually going to come from a different email add= ress every time, and a lot of the time they'll be from legitimate email add= resses that have been hacked. A good troll generally has to build up people'= s anger gradually, by building up a reputation with a persona. As to the trolls ability to change email addresses, that's why you use shado= wbanning. But, to be honest, I'm not even sure that this person is actually a= troll; if they are a troll, they are much more subtle than 90% of trolls ev= er are. As this is a BSD mailing list, you would think the most effective wa= y to get a flamewar going would be with anti-BSD content, rather then extrem= ely stupid pro-BSD content. Maybe it doesn't even matter, but it's just weird having this high quality, i= ntelligent mailing list, and then out of all that, having this one guy who u= ses the mailing list like the way that my grandma uses her email contacts.
