All the old drivers come under a section of text The following drivers were supported under the old SCSI subsystem, but are NOT YET supported under the new CAM SCSI subsystem: and as the old SCSI system isn't supported, so aren't the drivers. I still think the wording is bad, as it's possible to misinterpret when checking if your cards are supported. But it's correct and I was told so on -stable. I switched to a 1542 to get around my problem. Cheers, GLZ -----Original Message----- From: Crist J. Second, I did find the file where 'aicdriver' is defined, /sys/i386/isa/aic6360.c. Third, although this probably has nothing to do with your problem (unless there were some other 2.2.x options I did not catch messing you up), the use of sd0 for SCSI HDD was changed in 2.2.x to 3.x. They should be caled da0. -- Crist J.
