You might want to search back through the freebsd-stable or -ports
archives.  This was a _big_ thread.  I think there is now a patched
version of cvsup, and also a workaround that involved deleting
the jakarta directory, and all mention of it in
/usr/sup/ports-www/checkouts.cvs:.
