Here's my info on Thinkpad 560:

120Mhz w/ 73Mb Ram
3Gb HD
FreeBSD 2.2.6-RELEASE
XFree86 3.3.3.1
XF86_SVGA <== default server
XF86_VGA16

I've configured XFree86 thru xf86config. Piece of cake. I typed 'startx'. It 
gave me a blank screen(just black color). I was able to Crtl-Alt-F1 without a 
problem. It showed that X server did started. Back to VT4. 
Crtl-Del-Backspace(kill X server). Back to CLI. So, where can I trouble-shoot 
to solve the problem?
