The other machine originally, installed from the = 5.4-RC3 discs and cvsup'd to 5.4-RELEASE, still hangs at entry into = single user, even after removal of 'device atapicam' and rebuild/install = of kernel. Removing 'device atapicam' only solves = the single=20 user boot problem with one of my machines.  The other machine = originally,=20 installed from the 5.4-RC3 discs and cvsup'd to 5.4-RELEASE, still hangs = at=20 entry into single user, even after removal of 'device atapicam' and=20 rebuild/install of kernel.
