Using both windows explorer and smbclient the file does not show up in a directory listing but can be opened by typing the file name by hand. The file is of course listed when doing an ls on the share machine. I have updated to the RELENG_7 branch as of 30 NOV and rebuilt and restarted Samba with no changes so far. The ports tree is fully up to date as well. I don't know if this is a bug in Samba, FreeBSD, ZFS+Samba etc so if anyone has any pointers on how to start narrowing this down they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jonathan
