Make sure you have the ``doc-all'' and ``www'' collections in it since that's what you're trying to build. Once it's done cvsupping, set your CVSROOT to /home/ncvs (assuming that's where you told it to cvsup to). # setenv CVSROOT "/home/ncvs" Then try again.
