These drivers will accomodate coming newmidi drivers. People using Sound Blaster 16/AWE32/AWE64/ViBRA16C/ViBRA16X should add sbc driver to your kernel config file in addition to pcm driver, rebuild and reinstall a new kernel. See LINT as well. This commit also adds pcm support for the following cards: GUS PnP and non-PnP ISA (gusc driver) Crystal Semiconductor CS461x/428x PCI (csa driver) For a GUS non-PnP ISA card, write down the configuration of your card to gusc, not pcm.
