I have succesfully install FreeBSD, the result of 'df' is :

Filesystem  1K-blocks     Used    Avail Capacity  Mounted on
/dev/wd0a      198127    46480   141740    25%    /
/dev/wd0e      793070       58   753358     0%    /mail
/dev/wd0f      496263        1   471448     0%    /user
procfs              4        4        0   100%    /proc

And I want to enable QUOTA in /mail and /user

How to do this ? 

Do I have to 'rebuild' the KERNEL ? 

And how to rebuild it to support QUOTA ?

Is there any FAQ/DOC to enable QUOTA ? I have searched but found nothing :(
