I can hear random noise and see a black screen. After I try to 
change the channel the computer freezes (no panic at all) and I
have to reboot the computer. This happens with FreeBSD 2.2
and FreeBSD 3.0 SNAP 02.05.97

bktr0 <BrookTree 848> rev 17 int a irq 11 on pci0:10
Hauppauge WinCast/TV, Temic PAL tuner.

If I use xrtv I can switch the channels and can hear very 
clearly the sound of the different channels. If I start fxtv or dtv
I see the black screen. I seems that the audio signals are okay
but the video signal is bad.
