Subject: FreeBSD with an Adaptec AHA 2940 PCI

     Dear Friends,
     
     I have recently purchased a PC equiped with an ADAPTEC AHA 2940 PCI 
     with a SCSI hard drive and CD-ROM.
     I want to install de FreeBSD 2.0 released by Walnut Creek but this 
     version doesn't recognise the controller.
     
     How can I bypass this problem ? Have you developed any device driver 
     for this equipement ?
