The 2000 bug is NOT a Millenium bug.
The 1st Millenium went from the year 1 to 1000
The 2nd Millenium is from the year 1001 to 2000
The New Millenium wil not be until 2001...

Same idea goes for the 21st century which will also not start until 2001
