They seem to think that SCSI2 refers only to data commands. If tehy implimented SCSI2 audio on that drive it's be their first.. (you might talk to them...) also I think the "workman" player, knows abut the SONY commands and I THINK (but don't know) that it uses the direct user-SCSI facility to shove them down the throat of the device..
