When I pkg_add the package, I don't get slitex.fmt in the right place (should be in /usr/local/lib/texmf/ini, it's not anywhere under /usr/local). These are the error messages I get: ======= ## pkg_add latex-2.09.tgz chmod: lib: No such file or directory Couldn't change modes of 'lib' to '755'. chown: lib: No such file or directory Couldn't change owner of 'lib' to 'bin'. chmod: lib/texmf: No such file or directory Couldn't change modes of 'lib/texmf' to '755'. chown: lib/texmf: No such file or directory Couldn't change owner of 'lib/texmf' to 'bin'. include: user (3, 0, modified) gid (7, 0, modified) ======= If you don't have any reason why you want to keep it that way, I will take out the second @cd and add "lib/texmf" in front of all the things that follow it.
