However, one of my clients has just reported that /usr/X11R6 simply doesn't exist on his box. He's right! Nor does it on any of the other machines (whether they are ones he built, or I built). Am I missing something obvious here? I note that on the uk2 distribution machine, the following link is broken: ftp://ftp2.uk.FreeBSD.ORG/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.5-RELEASE/XF86331 Could that have something to do with it? No errors are reported during install, and I haven't (yet) tried installing from somewhere else...
