PKGNAME will need to be redefined for this port. I second the "IPA" suggestion, seems to be the simplest solution. However, keep in mind that users may be confused if they did not know that there are two things named 'ipa', and pkg_add -r ipa (or IPA) and expect one thing but get the other.
