Beceause it's jail, /usr/src is empty. I copied thr_attr.c to /usr/src/lib/libthr/thread/thr_attr.c, but that didn't help. Maybe silly, but I had to try that. :) I tried to run gmake in it'w workdir: same result. I then thought: try ruby20 or 21. Same story. Looking for clues here at freebsd-ports@ before filing a PR.
