I've just updated my source but haven't done a build, and it looks like there's still one problem that has not been addressed, just from reading the latest updates. NOT verified yet. I don't see a MFC to RELENG_5 for this. Maybe it's been handled somewhere else. If so, the beer's on me too. Patch above is ugly and cut-n-pasted. See 1.12 of this file. The other problem that I hit appears to have been addressed in 1.70.2.3 of sys/netinet/ip_fw2.c,v (identical to my hack), so is probably no longer needed. I'll be building again with the source I've just updated and will offer my apologies if the above isn't needed, in about another week.
