I am running FreeBSD on my machine and = i deleted a=20 file wtmp. After 3 weeks the system hangs and nothing happens. The msg = on every=20 command I type was that "wtmp" not found.

I have restored the system but I would = like to know=20 if it happens because of the wtmp file or what other = possibility
