I have a couple of machines that access Bigpond direct (Large Australian ISP)
using ppp.  There are all up about twenty of these sites that access this
ISP but only two have this problem.

Problem appears in /var/log/ppp.log - example follows:

Dec 19 09:11:47 gw ppp[70]: tun0: Phase: Clearing choked output queue

We normally have to re-boot to get ppp to re-dial.  What should we use
to make ppp re-dial.  ppp.conf follows:
