You could try using an ISO editing program to edit the FreeBSD ISO cd image, to add your own kernel. Or you could try using "The FreeBSD LiveCD Project": http://livecd.sourceforge.net/ As far as I know you can make your own FreeBSD live cd, and it lets you customize it the way you want.
