The 2Mb/s cards are $139 for a pair at compUSA and Webgear provide a Linux (GPL) driver. They are based on Raytheons Raylan cards. I'm going to pick up a few cards and try and try to get them to work. This will involve writing a driver - but if I don't succeed then they will be useful at work as we design various wireless LAN kit. Can anyone can tell me how much and where to buy Lucent/NEC WaveLan cards in San Francisco? I'm coming over from the UK for a conference next week.
