Everything worked there was much joy and ulilation. So this morning I take the (what I believe to be) identical solution across to another box and check out the results below! Why does it try to execute TZ and export???? Cheers Mike deye 5$ less mysql.sh #!/bin/sh # TZ=SAT-1SAST export TZ /sbin/ldconfig -m /usr/local/lib/mysql if [ -x /usr/local/bin/safe_mysqld ] then /usr/local/bin/safe_mysqld > /dev/null & && echo -n ' mysql' fi deye 6$ ./mysql.sh mysqldeye 7$ TZ: not found EXPORT: not found To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
