Install latest png Port. Then install the ImageMagik package off ftp.freebsd.org. Worst that could happen is that the newer port is overwritten, so you force pkg_delete the 2 packages listed in /var/db/pkg and install the newer png port again. (This is what I ended up doing) Just a note for those who are willing to try this: The ImageMagik package depends on more than just the png package. I've experienced this also when using 4.0-STABLE.
