And I see the OSI "branding" as just as bad as what he's doing too. It's one thing for OSI to post guidelines but the branding smacks of TOG's UNIX branding (which mandates stiff fees, as well as the inclusion of commercial products like Java into anything called UNIX) I find it revolting to have some group setting themselves up and telling users to push Open Source developers to adopt their "branding" mark. The entire point of the Open Source movement is freedom and groups like this don't understand that they are part of the problem that Open Source was created to get rid of. While DJBDNS is obviously mistaken, don't compound the problem by attempting to hold his license up to some group's standard of what free is supposed to be.
