The ed driver is correct, and we are using many of these drivers without
a problem.  Are you sure c8000 isn't in use by some video card memory
or something?  I usually set my Ultras to d0000 or d8000, or e0000 or e8000
for the second adapter in a system.  I suggest trying d8000 and see what
happens.
