Somewhere along between 2.0.5 and 2.1.0 someone changed the DEFMX variable in
the lpr tree from 0 to 1000, limiting the size of print jobs.  Could we please
put it back at 0?  1000 Makes zero since in this day of huge postscript files!

In the very rare case it is necessary, it can be specified in printcap, instead
of making everying have to specify mx#0 in the princap..
