Ugh, it looks like this patch should have been committed a long time ago.

Turns out that atacontrol will be a dead thing soon and all of your options
will need to be sent through camcontrol.

CAM_ATA already supports this feature via:

kern.cam.ada.0.write_cache: -1

So, this patch will most likely be rejected.
