LibreOffice Draw doesn't allow extracting of pages into new PDF's via Draw's GUI. From some basic playing around with it one would need to print to PDF first which is yet another step, additional clicks, etc. Also I just tried a primarily text document (which is what I work with all day long) and it was all editable but not the same look/feel/font as the original PDF document that I needed to extract pages from. LibreOffice, as much as I love the suite of tools, is not the ideal solution for my particular PDF needs.
