	Hmm.  This is probably a minor consideration overall,
	but is looks like NEC is yet another corporation that
	belongs on the sh--er, excrement-list.

	So far, my experience has been that
		
		Fujitsu                                     Top notch
		Corporate Systems Center (SCSI house)       Top notch
		U.S. Robotics				    Good


		Laitron Computer 			    Worst.



	Anybody besides me interested in keeping such a list?
	....Just a thought.
